All of our tickets are custom-made to order and personalised specifically for you. Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect personalisation details supplied by the customer, or orders that are no longer required.
We will provide a free replacement or refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- There is a printing or personalisation error caused on our end
- You received the wrong item
- Your item is defective or faulty
If you experience any of the above issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
There is no charge for replacements or refunds relating to damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or incorrectly supplied items. Refunds, where applicable, are typically processed within 3 business days of approval.
Important Notes
- Please carefully check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we cannot offer replacements or refunds for errors submitted by the customer.
- Minor variations in colour, brightness, or print finish may occur due to differences in screen settings and printing processes and are not considered defects.
- Where a replacement is issued, we may request additional information or photographs to help verify the issue.
